[ Kureto is the sort of person who is used to having just about anyone at his command. Even people like the Ichinose are forced to listen to him, whether or not they want to, and the amount of people that do want to, who desperately throw themselves at his feet -- well.

In the end, rather than gravitating towards most of them, Kureto keeps himself as level headed as he can: he is a Hiiragi; he is powerful, and ultimately, most of those who follow him have little strategic importance.

Aoi is different. The Sanguu family as a whole is a group that he can respect -- of course, as one of the families directly serving the Hiiragi -- and on an individual level, Aoi is strong, and loyal, and worthy, to some degree, of his respect. Which is what leads him to their current situation: he kisses her as deeply as possible even as his hands explore her body even though the thin shirt under her uniform, all the places in which she is soft -- expectedly -- or hard -- also, he supposes, expectedly, planes of muscle under his fingertips.

In the JIDA, there really aren't any laws against fucking your subordinate, for which he is quite grateful. ]
